Shipping

We ship to anywhere in the continental United States. Phase Perfect® products ordered online will be shipped at the expense of Phase Technologies with the following exclusions: predelivery notification, residential delivery, and lift gate service.

Build and delivery times are listed on individual product pages. All times are estimated and subject to change. In-stock items typically ship in 1-2 business days. Please call or email for expedited build and/or shipping options.

All Phase Perfect® Enterprise models as well as Original Phase Perfect® models up to and including 20 Horsepower rated models ship via ground. All models 30 Horsepower or greater ship via freight. Rain hoods for PT407R, 410R, 415R, and 420R ship in a separate box.

Variable Frequency Drives ship subject to the terms of your agreement with Phase Technologies.


Returns

Phase Technologies offers the following options for the return of new products. Returned products must be in new, uninstalled condition to be eligible for return.

  1. A copy of Phase Technologies’ Limited Warranty policy can be found in the product manual.
  2. Large product returns must be shipped by motor freight prepaid. UPS, Federal Express or any other small package carrier are acceptable for returning printed circuit boards or other small components and for returning small drives or phase converters that were originally shipped this way by Phase Technologies.
  3. All returns must be returned in original packaging or equivalent with all accessories included in the original shipment.
  4. RMA numbers must be clearly written on the shipping label and the outside of the box.
  5. Phase Technologies reserves the right to refuse shipments that: (a) are not clearly marked with the RMA number; (b) appear to be damaged at the time of delivery; or (c) are not authorized for return. Phase Technologies will not be liable for the loss of or damage to unauthorized return items.
  6. If RMA materials are not received by Phase Technologies within 30 days after issuance, the RMA will be closed.
  7. All items returned to Phase Technologies are subject to evaluation. If the condition of the item is different than indicated in the RMA, the service requested may change. Specifically, if restocking of a new unit is requested, but evaluation reveals unit has been installed, additional fees may apply. If unit is sent in for warranty repair, but evaluation reveals no defects in materials or workmanship, customer will be responsible for the cost of freight and repairs.
  8. The customer has ten business days from the receipt of any repair estimate to issue payment or coordinate return shipping. Any product with an unresolved repair estimate will be disposed of after ten days and the RMA closed.
